Wet news

Standing in the pouring rain this morning, holding the newpaper that had been delivered with no plastic bag, it was a piece of pulp, unreadable. Now rain had been forecast and the likely hood was 100 percent, what would cause my news delivery person to do this? I called my neighbor to see if their's had been bagged, it had not, so no news for us today. I think I shall apply for the delivery job as I have lots of time on my hands and I am up early anyway. Who knows maybe I am not to old to be a paper boy.
